shipping policy

We will ship your order as soon as possible via USPS Priority Mail.  USPS does not guarantee their estimated time like "1-, 2-, or 3-day". 

If your package arrived broken or damaged, please take a photo and send it to us  through the contact form within 48 hours. We will find a solution.

The automatically-calculated shipping fee may be more than actual cost. If too much is charged, the difference from the shipping fee will be refunded after the order is shipped. 

The packing material may be recycled boxes and wraps. 

We currently offer only domestic shipping within the United States.    

return policy

All sales are considered final. However, if you find there is a problem with your order please contact me by email at kanaallcock.com within 48 hours. We will either replace the item or issue a refund. 

If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Only the product cost (without the shipping fee) will be refunded if the return is because of the customers' personal preferences.

If the returned items from you are damaged or broken, the cost of the items will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
